The Begining of “The Site”

Hashi & Paul,

Hashi just graduated from college with a degree in Information System, and Paul has been working for an year at the bank.

When Hashi interviewed at Dashboard, Inc a leading distributor of office supplies, for a job as an Assistant Manager, he thought he could climb the corporate ladder and succeed. He also needed an H1 visa to stay in the country. He said yes, pay was less though.

Paul left the bank and joined a IT company. Nice desk { cubicle } - 9 to 5 job. Pretty laid back.

Hashi goes to work first day. His job is to carry boxes and paste stickers on them. He has to do this till December. Has to go to work at 6 and come back at 5:30.

While Hashi rushes off bed to work at 5:30 in the morning, Paul wakes up at 8, has a nice cigaratte and coffee, reads the paper and goes to work dressed very smart. Hashi goes in shorts and a short sleeve.

Hashi is burnt by the time he comes home from the warehouse. Paul looks refreshed, after all he was in the A/C all this time.

Paul and Hashi sit down to have a cigaratte and talk. Paul looks at Hashi and says “ Machang, what a bitch of a day”.
